As a best-selling picture book writer for The New York Times, he wrote several picture books, including "The Stick and the Stone," "The Blue Whale," "The Happy Scarecrow," and "Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit Book."I live on the beach in New Jersey with my family and read and write.I believe in many things, such as laughter, imagination, and the power of written words.

I spend most of my time working on fantastic paintings, portraits and prints. I am a painter and writer living in Toronto. Born in Hawaii and raised in Toronto. Studied Illustration, Sculpture and Film at the Ontario College of Art and Design. She loves vintage bicycles, clockwork and impossible dreams. Together with his older brother Terry Penn, he wrote and drew 『Midnight Gardener』, 『Sea Meets Sky』, 『The Perfect Barnabas』 and 『Treasure Falls from the Sky』.
